However, he pointed out to the Consumer Agency that some plastic surgeons did not refund the deposit, saying that ‘reservation deposit is non-refundable and that there was a loss due to consultation and surgery preparation.

The Consumer Agency urged the Consumer Agency to not rush into a contract because of discounts when making a reservation for plastic surgery, but to make a decision after sufficient consultation in advance, and
to write down the contract details carefully before accepting the contract.
